Payments & Pricing

Is the price I see on the product page for a dozen or a single product?

In general, the price on our site is per product, unless otherwise stated in the title or product description, that it's sold per dozen or case, then the price will be per dozen or case.


How do I place an order other than online?

You can place an order through the phone by contacting our dedicated customer service team on 020-3519-0267 and we will be more than happy to assist you, or by sending an email to sales@kitchway.co.uk.


Do you provide lower pricing on high volume orders?

The prices on our Website are already tailored for high volume orders, we are wholesalers, however, we do provide Business Trade Accounts for customers who would like get extra discounts and offers, Read More here.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards including Master Card, Visa, American Express, you could also pay using PayPal and Klarna Paymentsat checkout on our website. 

We also offer payments by Bank transfer for Trade Customers, the order will be placed on hold until the payment has been received, to enquire about our 30 day credit facility, please contact our sales team at 020-3519-0267 or send an email to sales@kitchway.co.uk.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, For orders Above £54 (inc VAT) and delivery within UK Mainland is Free, see here our full terms.

Do you offer Next Day Delivery?

How long does Delivery take?
